In Daily Dose 360, we look at the best 360° videos of the day from across the internet. We will now only highlight the top 5 videos of the day in Daily/Mega Daily Dose 360 post on the blog. In today’s Mega Daily Dose, which hopefully won’t be around much longer, we take a look at the top videos from the past few days. For this Mega Daily Dose, tour the largest collection of Back to the Future items and find out the myth behind their appeal.
We resort to Mega Daily Dose 360s when the amount of content is not enough to justify a Daily Dose 360 from the day. Our Twitter and YouTube Playlist will have far more videos, and the other videos will still be added to The 360 Video Directory. Keep in mind we wipe clean the YouTube playlist every Sunday night, to make room for next week’s videos. Be sure to follow us on Twitter @dailydose360 for updates throughout the day of the best 360 videos right as they hit the internet!
You will need a PC/Phone running Google Chrome Browser, or you can open these videos on the iOS & Android YouTube app. Use WASD or Mouse on PC to interact. On phones, just move your phone around as if you are looking around inside the video. If you have a Google Cardboard or Gear VR (thanks to this recent news), you can view with the headsets which enhance the experience dramatically. Oculus Rift users will need to use Virtual Desktop and can view the YouTube videos by pasting the url into the video tab of Virtual Desktop. If the videos are from Vrideo, you can access them using the beta version of Chrome.

Now this is my kind of race! The warm-up might seem like the best part, but it gets better. Get ready for vikings laying the smack down on racers as they pass, big blob things, and a helicopter to capture overhead views of the action.
Ok so I changed the original title a bit, which was “The Myth of Their”. I figured the missing word at the end must have been appeal. Performance below, audience above. Can you notice something about the makeup of the audience?
Yet another huge YouTuber, PointlessBlogVlogs, comes to 360° video, and thankfully in 4k. After watching their video, I can say with confidence they don’t have the annoying persona that is pervasive across popular YouTube personalities. Quite impressive for a Channel with 2.5 million subscribers. As the channel name infers, the video is pretty pointless, but that’s what makes it great. You feel like you are just chilling with some friends not doing anything in particular.
Welcome to the largest private collection of items from Back to the Future. The interview is quite interesting and am I the only one who thinks the guy who owns the garage sounds a bit like Doc? Best part about this is sitting next to Doc in the Delorean. Also, hoverboards!
Duran Duran, now almost in 360°. Well at least their official YouTube channel released the full lyrics in a video to Pressure Off. The lyrics almost seem like characters themselves, as they are displayed in quite unique ways. Will more lyric videos like this be released until we have enough to do Karaoke sessions in VR? Hmm…
