In Daily Dose 360, we look at the best 360° videos of the day from across the internet. We will now only highlight the top 5 videos of the day in Daily/Mega Daily Dose 360 post on the blog. In today’s Mega Daily Dose, which hopefully won’t be around much longer, we take a look at the top videos from the past few days. For this Mega Daily Dose we join some South Koreans rocking out like they are in 1970, mess with fireworks and fail, enter Pac-Man, and more.
We resort to Mega Daily Dose 360s when the amount of content is not enough to justify a Daily Dose 360 from the day. Our Twitter and YouTube Playlist will have far more videos, and the other videos will still be added to The 360 Video Directory. Keep in mind we wipe clean the YouTube playlist every Sunday night, to make room for next week’s videos. Be sure to follow us on Twitter @dailydose360 for updates throughout the day of the best 360 videos right as they hit the internet!
You will need a PC/Phone running Google Chrome Browser, or you can open these videos on the iOS & Android YouTube app. Use WASD or Mouse on PC to interact. On phones, just move your phone around as if you are looking around inside the video. If you have a Google Cardboard or Gear VR (thanks to this recent news), you can view with the headsets which enhance the experience dramatically. Oculus Rift users will need to use Virtual Desktop and can view the YouTube videos by pasting the url into the video tab of Virtual Desktop. If the videos are from Vrideo, you can access them using the beta version of Chrome.

It looks like this video is taken in South Korea. On one hand I know it’s 2015. On the other hand, there are 2 guys singing a highly entertaining song like they are in the 1970’s in Korea.
YouTube Channel CaseyNeistat released quite the entertaining video last week showing off some truly crazy spots in New York City, but unfortunately it was 1080p. We are happy to share that they are now filming in 4k, and this video is absolutely hilarious!
Yet another Oculus Rift game releases a trailer in 360°, and MushroomBallVR is looking quite fun. Since we only cover mobile VR games, we will be keeping an eye on them, as once their soon to be launched Kickstarter hits it’s goal, there will be a stretch goal to come to mobile.
There may not be a widely available Pac-Man VR game available yet, but you can try out this one if you have an Oculus Rift that is very basic and uses robots instead of ghosts. It’s still a blast until something like the one in this video comes out.
The Rose City, by Alex Pearce Productions, is the finished version of the rough version that brings you to Petra, a historic world spot located in Jordan. This is not just footage, but it’s also narrated.
