In Daily Dose 360, we look at the best 360° videos of the day from across the internet. We will now only highlight the top 5 videos of the day in Daily/Mega Daily Dose 360 post on the blog. In today’s Daily Dose, we take a look at the top videos from Monday (although a few are gems missed from the weekend). Our Twitter and YouTube Playlist will have far more videos, and the other videos will still be added to The 360 Video Directory. Keep in mind we wipe clean the YouTube playlist every Sunday night, to make room for next week’s videos. Be sure to follow us on Twitter @dailydose360 for updates throughout the day of the best 360 videos right as they hit the internet!
You will need a PC/Phone running Google Chrome Browser, or you can open these videos on the iOS & Android YouTube app. Use WASD or Mouse on PC to interact. On phones, just move your phone around as if you are looking around inside the video. If you have a Google Cardboard or Gear VR (thanks to this recent news), you can view with the headsets which enhance the experience dramatically. Oculus Rift users will need to use Virtual Desktop and can view the YouTube videos by pasting the url into the video tab of Virtual Desktop. If the videos are from Vrideo, you can access them using the beta version of Chrome.

We start today’s videos out by floating up towards the sky with Uplift. Not just any short, this one is featured in The Kaleidoscope VR Film Festival, which you can still catch this Fall if you live in one of the cities they are stopping by. Uplift tells you the story about what happens when a balloon floats away. I will never view balloons the same way again.
Alex Pearce Productions has released some teasers of this documentary, but now the closest we will get to a full version is finally out. As per the title, this is a rough cut, but the land you visit is fascinating and one that many people will never have a chance to see in person. Petra is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is located in Jordan. Many journey to this spot by way of Camel, and it’s filled with structures built into the mountains.
I’m still not completely sure whether this place really exists or was just built for some sort of Axe deodorant commercial. If it does exists, I have to stop by and visit. Inside this club is a Foosball Table, a barber, a full bar, DJ booth, and a style that is unrivaled. All I can find out from the video is that this place might be located in Uruguay. If you can find it, let us know in the comments.
When PixelWhipt ASMRrequests release any video, people take notice. A few months back, they released the first feature length ASMR video (relaxing videos that give you a tingly feeling put in the simplest of ways). In their new ASMR video, you are brought to a futuristic looking room in what looks like a space station. You are led through 3 different parts: relaxing tapping sounds with storytelling, relaxing water sounds, fizzing, more tapping, and a relaxing guided mediation with light visuals.
At the beginning of part two, or for most of part 2, they go into a hilarious product promo as they highlight a drink called Mad Cow. I’m not sure if this really exists, but I did find a Mad Cow drink online. The entire video takes place with you looking at a mirror. The binaural audio is very well done, and if you listen carefully, you might be able to hear the light sound of the space station chatter in the background.
Get ready to experience flying around a digital recreation of the Battlestar Galactica (yes, that one) from the perspective of a Viper Pilot. Simple style yet very effective and gives off a great sense of scale.
